This landseer newfoundland is so big he can drink from the kitchen sink with all four paws on the floor
Boomer
- a three-year-old landseer newfoundland – is so big he can keep all
four paws on the floor when he drinks from the kitchen tap.
At three feet tall and seven feet long from nose to tail he is making a bid to get into the book of Guinness World Records.
His owner Caryn Weber, of Caselton in North
Dakota, has told how her pet has become a bit of celebrity since news
of his attempt to make the record books has spread.
Could this be the world's largest dog?
She said: “The phone hasn't stopped ringing. It's been a whirlwind.”
“He comes into the house and his tail is so high everything gets knocked around.”
The previous record holder was a four-foot tall great dane that died this summer.
