Not only did I understand, but I also note that "difficulty" is spelled wrong in the last panel. :)

#7 or is it? commented, on December 23, 2007 at 2:40 p.m.:

if money = work / knowledge
and knowledge = power,

then money = work / power

so the less power you have, the more money you earn?
so untrue...

nice one though...:)

#8 Newtonian commented, on December 23, 2007 at 2:40 p.m.:

This theory is missing a critical comment near its beginning. It should state "Given the Newtonian mechanics equation for power of Power = Work / Time". That removes the equation from also being a postulate and places the theory on a firm scientific basis. I leave it as an exercise to the reader to determine how the equations change with the relativistic concept of time dilation.

This is a good case study of a logical fallacy.
I can think of one logical fallacy is Ad ignorantiam, a specific belief is true because we don't know that it isn't true.

So Terry Schiavo, being brain dead when she was still "alive" was the richest woman on earth?

You must be extremely wealthy, sir.

K, so here;s the thing:

Originally stated as K = W/M Then rewritten to be M = W/K.

It would actually become M = W * K, meaning the exact opposite of whats stated.

#13 Todd commented, on December 23, 2007 at 2:40 p.m.:

matt...redo your algebra...at k = w/m, the equation then was solved for m; multiplying both sides by m leaves k*m=w. Then dividing both sides by k to solve for me leaves m=w/k...making your comment not only incorrect but potentially a testimonial to the original (please submit your income)..ha ha -had to bud.
